Postúlese aquí para iniciar una extraordinaria carrera hoy mismo. </b></p><p></p><p></p><p><span>At aes we are looking for a Team Leader, Solar O&amp;M</span></p><p></p><p><span><b><u>Responsabilities:</u></b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead and support a team of technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for solar PV, BESS, and substations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of AES Clean Energy facilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Enforce safety standards: stop unsafe work, report incidents, and support regional safety initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide day-to-day leadership, performance feedback, and development support to the field team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate and manage contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with AES safety and quality standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in O&amp;M activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support warranty claims with EPCs and equipment vendors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Schedule and support site training, qualifications, and on-call rotations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure accurate and timely documentation of maintenance, safety, and operational activities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support CMMS usage, inventory tracking, and spare parts management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on troubleshooting, plant improvements, and change management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support construction, commissioning, and handover activities as needed.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><span><b>Requirements:</b></span></u></p><ul><li><p><span>College degree in a related field is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience leading technical teams; supervisory experience preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum 5 years of experience working with utility-scale electrical systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in operations and maintenance of utility-scale or C&amp;I solar PV systems; BESS experience is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures (OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO, grounding).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with inverters (Power Electronics, SMA, Hitachi), PV tracking and fixed-tilt systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to troubleshoot AC and DC electrical systems, substations, and related equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable using CMMS, SCADA/DAS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and procedures.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong safety mindset and commitment to an incident-free work environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certifications preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to perform under pressure.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Nosotros somos la energía que mejora la vida de más de 10 millones de personas, a través de los muchos beneficios que provee la electricidad.&nbsp;</b></p>",
