will assist clients experiencing homelessness by helping clients obtain permanent housing.&nbsp;The Housing Specialist in conjunction with the Community Housing Specialist, Case Managers and external comfortable and supported.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Tahoma\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Develop a working knowledge of available units within the county in conjunction with Community Housing Specialist.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Tahoma\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Facilitate the efficient orderly progression of clients through the CoC and private sector housing placement process.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Tahoma\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Provide clients with sufficient information to be ready to sign leases and comply with lease requirements.</span></li><li><span style='font-family:\"Tahoma\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Coordinate move-out to complete process of out placing clients into affordable permanent
