Develop course syllabi and materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and assessments, to ensure alignment with program objectives and industry standards.</li><li><b>Student Engagement:</b> Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment conducive to student success. Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to students to enhance their understanding of course concepts and their overall academic growth.</li><li><b>Staying Current:</b> Stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in the field of business. Participate in professional development activities such as giving presentations and attending conferences to support your content area and enhance teaching effectiveness.</li><li><b>Administrative Duties:</b> Fulfill administrative responsibilities associated with teaching, including grade submission, attendance tracking, and communication with students and departmental staff.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Qualifications</b></u></p><ul><li>A master&#39;s degree in a related field from an AACSB-accredited institution is needed.
