      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Responsible for executing Beedie HS&amp;E programs in all types of situations (project start-up, duration and close out) on our job sites</li>\n<li>Promoting a culture of job site safety, where safety is a shared responsibility</li>\n<li>Preparing site safety plans, conducting hazard assessments, incident investigations and risk assessments, as required</li>\n<li>Ensuring all accidents, incidents and injuries are properly reported to all appropriate parties</li>\n<li>Facilitating and participating in site inspections, and implementing corrective action as required</li>\n<li>Regularly monitoring safety compliance of workers and sub-contractors</li>\n<li>Conducting safety meetings and toolbox talks</li>\n<li>Maintaining and preparing thorough documentation and reports</li>\n<li>Keeping management updated on issues that arise</li>\n<li>Administering first-aid as necessary</li>\n<li>Performing other duties as assigned</li>\n\n</ul></div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Certified Construction Safety Officer (CSO) or (NCSO) designation</li>\n<li>Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety considered an asset</li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of Health and Safety experience</li>\n<li>WorkSafe BC Advanced First Aid required</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of WorkSafe BC regulations, policies, guidelines and standards</li>\n<li>Proactive in identifying hazards and implementing corrective measures</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to commute to any of our sites in Metro Vancouver Area</li>\n<li>Own vehicle preferred</li>\n\n</div>"
