Their vision: to create a Christ-centered resource for anyone affected by an unexpected pregnancy. Did they have any idea how that vision would take root in Kirksville and reach its branches across Northeast Missouri?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lifeline currently serves over 250 clients and 9,000 public school students a year. Our goal is to provide support and tangible resources to new moms and dads as they progress through pregnancy and into parenthood. We’d love to have you aboard our mission to bring hope to families all over Northeast Missouri.</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">The Lifeline Marriage &amp; Relationship Coach supports individuals and families in building healthy, resilient relationships through group instruction, personalized coaching, and case management. This role is ideal for someone passionate about personal development, skilled in facilitation, and committed to empowering clients through education and support services. Reports to the Program Manager. This position will consider both part-time and full-time candidates for a range of 4 - 32 hours weekly. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Social Work) highly desired.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in teaching or facilitating workshops or training sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong verbal and written communication and </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">active listening skills. </span></li>\n<li>Ability to guide discussions, manage group dynamics, and create a collaborative environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to different learning styles. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to address challenges and make adjustments as needed. </span></li>\n<li>Computer skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Google Drive, etc.</li>\n<li>Agreement with Lifeline’s <a href=\"https://lifelinemo.org/who-we-are/what-we-believe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">STATEMENT OF FAITH AND STATEMENT OF PRINCIPLE</a></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be a committed Christian demonstrating a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and faithfully attend church</span></li>\n<li>Ability to prepare materials, manage time, and ensure smooth workshop flow.</li>\n<li>Ability to adjust facilitation methods based on group needs and feedback. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Lead engaging relationship education classes for diverse groups, using evidence-based curricula.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and reflection.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Adapt content delivery to meet the needs of various audiences (e.g. adults, couples).</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">One-on-One Coaching &amp; Case Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide individualized coaching to clients focused on relationship skills, personal growth, and goal-setting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized action plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Connect clients with internal and external support services as needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Digital Recordkeeping &amp; Data Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, attendance, and progress.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Utilize digital platforms to track outcomes, manage referrals, and support grant reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
