      "content": "\n<li>Oversee and manage the end-to-end SDMA clearance process, ensuring all program stages are executed efficiently while ensuring scalable and robust processes are implemented as the company expands</li>\n<li>Lead a team of Technical Program Managers, providing guidance and support for multiple concurrent clearance programs, including live service, early milestone, and clearance</li>\n<li>Develop and drive program schedules, milestones, and deliverables related to the safety and clearance of our autonomous robotaxi</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all clearance-related activities, facilitating communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams</li>\n<li>Define and manage the scope and timeline for the various clearance activities, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to the clearance programs while managing dependencies across various teams</li>\n<li>Report on program status, risks, and progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>At least 8 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of shipping complex, safety-critical systems</li>\n<li>Experience managing and leading teams of program managers or technical leads</li>\n<li>BS or MS in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of complex hardware and software development lifecycles</li>\n<li>Experience in program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet</li>\n"
