    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is America’s #1 mortgage lender and we’re looking to fill an immediate need for Mortgage Operations Specialists.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>MUST KNOW</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This is an 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday</li>\n <li>Requires 100% full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Entering data</li>\n <li>Splitting and labeling loan packages</li>\n <li>Ordering verifications of income</li>\n <li>Verifying Social Security Numbers</li>\n <li>Indexing of loan conditions</li>\n <li>Ordering and uploading documents</li>\n <li>Loan verification</li>\n <li>Submitting summary report reviews</li>\n <li>Reviewing state and federal compliance</li>\n <li>Handling inbound and outbound calls</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p><strong>Must Have Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>No Mortgage experience necessary</li>\n <li>Comfortable with technology (experience using dual monitors)</li>\n <li>Process oriented</li>\n <li>Comfortable talking with clients over the phone</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and adapt to change</li>\n <li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Experience in a professional or office setting</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THE PLACE & THE PERKS</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>United Wholesale Mortgage is firmly committed to excellence and empowers individuals to become the best version of themselves.
