We are committed to helping medical teams deliver the best respiratory care ‑ to anyone, anywhere.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) is responsible for Hamilton Medical, Inc.’s (HMI) clinical support and education efforts in the Louisiana and Mississippi territories. The CAS works under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager to support customers, regional sales managers, dealer representatives, independent representatives, and clinicians. The CAS assists in the preparation and administration of educational/CEU support tools needed for the introduction and maintenance of HMI’s product line in the clinical market. A key result of this position will be positive exposure of HMI in the world marketplace and achievement of growth and turnover goals via clinical and technical support to customers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately represent HMI and HMI products in the marketplace.</li>\n <li>Assess the educational needs of HMI customers.</li>\n <li>Plan for and facilitate in-service/CEU opportunities in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Manager.</li>\n <li>Adhere to HMI policies, procedures, and mandatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Take initiative; requires limited or no direction for expected tasks.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate efficient and effective use of resources in meeting customer expectations and performing job responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Assist the Clinical Operations Manager with the production of key account seminars, presentations, and programs to promote company products, service, and technologies.</li>\n <li>Serve as a resource on clinical practices for all HMI customers and personnel.</li>\n <li>Provide technical / application assistance to the HMI sales and service team.</li>\n <li>Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, and company sales and service meetings.</li>\n <li>Accumulate competitive information and forward this data to Marketing to assist in sales and marketing strategies.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of the type and clinical application of equipment and services provided by HMI <strong>required</strong>.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills <strong>required</strong>.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in computer skills <strong>required</strong>, Microsoft Office <strong>preferred</strong>.</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to travel. </li>\n <li>Must have physical and mechanical aptitude to be able to install ventilators and other HMI products.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education/Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Respiratory Therapist / Respiratory Care Practitioner <strong>required</strong>.</li>\n <li>Minimum of three (3) years of critical care experience in the Respiratory Care field <strong>required</strong>.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years of in-service education or clinical support experience <strong>preferred</strong>.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree <strong>preferred</strong>, AA degree <strong>required</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Hamilton</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Diverse portfolio of exciting and innovative design projects.</li>\n <li>Tremendous opportunities for professional growth.</li>\n <li>Commitment to sustainable design.</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation.</li>\n <li>Excellent benefit package.</li>\n <li>Solid stable company.</li>\n <li>Must pass drug and background screens.</li>\n <li>May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (provided by employer).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Mid Salary</h2>USD $0.00/Yr.",
