You will protect and promote the interests of both Gilbane and the client in all matters as well as demonstrating the personal characteristics of a developing leader. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop implementation plans for review by senior manager</li>\n <li>Work independently to identify required tasks and initiate activity</li>\n <li>Supervise and guide less senior project staff in implementation of the work</li>\n <li>Serve as a direct point of contact for the client on the assigned projects</li>\n <li>Approach project problems with a solutions-oriented mindset</li>\n <li>Oversee the development of complex databases and project schedules</li>\n <li>Present information to the client in facilitation of decision making</li>\n <li>Develop information for review by more senior staff before presentation to owner for decision making</li>\n <li>Facilitate and document operational workflow development</li>\n <li>Develop comprehensive orientation and training plans</li>\n <li>Assist in development and coordination of patient relocation plans</li>\n <li>Develop monthly report for review by more senior staff prior to submission</li>\n <li>Assist in the preparation of scopes of work for competitive procurements</li>\n <li>Monitor adherence to contract</li>\n <li>Provide input into and participate in performance reviews, as requested</li>\n <li>Act as owner’s representative in managing onsite vendors during activation and move timeframes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS or MS degree in related field</li>\n <li>3-10 years of hospital nursing or other clinical hospital experience</li>\n <li>1-2 years of project management or consulting experience</li>\n <li>Or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Well<u>-</u>developed understanding of hospital operations </li>\n <li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, TEAMS)</li>\n <li>Excellent listening skills</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Construction document and drawing literate</li>\n <li>Knowledge of, Bluebeam</li>\n <li>Ability to travel up to 60% and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.</p>\n<p>For Virginia and New Jersey and this ranges from $70,000.00-$115,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
