    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Your responsibilities will include supporting the Tech M&amp;A Managers and Senior Managers with small to medium sized engagements and being the day to daysupport on these engagements, which may include:</p>\n<p><strong><u>Due Diligence</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyzing target data to build up a view on the technology of thebusiness including cost, products and systems, and IT contracts</li>\n <li>Condensing the data and explaining findings simply to other teammembers, highlighting the impact of technology on the business strategy, operations, and ultimately, deal valuation</li>\n <li>Developing an understanding of IT benchmark and qualitativeinformation to provide insights to clients to describe a typical ITfunction<br/>Assisting in client communications, calls and meetings</li>\n <li>Contributing content for sections of IT reports/deliverables</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br/><strong><u>Integration and Separation</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding technology aspects of integration, separation(carve outs) and optimization initiatives (e.g.synergy analysis)including understanding the current IT landscape, supporting thedevelopment of target operating models, defining transitionalservice agreements, developing detailed plans, and supportingthe implementation of such plans</li>\n <li>Supporting the IT workstream lead in integrations andseparations within a larger team of Integration &amp; Separationcolleagues to fulfil their workstream objectives</li>\n <li>Supporting key client workshops and meetings</li>\n <li>Supporting the Identification or review of client synergies for ITwithin a larger team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Wider responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interacting with senior client stakeholders as well as internalstakeholders (KPMG Partners and Directors)</li>\n <li>When you are not working on a project, you will provide supportto senior colleagues in a number ofdifferent aspects such aspreparation of proposal materials and the development of teampropositions and initiatives</li>\n</ul>",
