With over 25 years of experience spanning across all of our locations, we provide Electrical Engineering, System Integration, IT/OT, IoT services, and consulting to our client base across North America.</p><p>We are currently looking for a new Project Manager to support our continued growth in Southwestern Ontario.&#xa0; Our primary focus out of our London office is in the water/wastewater sector supporting critical infrastructure projects.&#xa0; The role also comes with the opportunity for significant growth within the organization as the team expands. If you have a demonstrated background in the Industrial / Critical Infrastructure Automation space with a growth mindset, we have a technical leadership opportunity for you.&#xa0; This is an excellent opportunity to jump start the growth in your career to take on a new challenge that leverages your hands on abilities but expands your management experience.&#xa0;</p><p>This role is based in our London office, on a hybrid work arrangement.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Proactively manage all elements of automation, controls, and IT/OT projects including budget, schedule, and scope to deliver for our clients</li><li>Build and mentor a team of automation professionals consisting of system integrators and I&amp;C designers.&#xa0; Train new hires to support various PLC and SCADA platforms.&#xa0; Support their growth by identifying training plan needs and the opportunities to enhance their skillsets</li><li>Provide technical direction to your team and others assigned to your projects to deliver the needs of the client</li><li>Work with our network professionals to support your client base with IT/OT services including cybersecurity</li><li>Work within a multi-discipline environment supporting process engineers, electrical engineers, and mechanical engineers to deliver large scale upgrades to our clients</li><li>Directly manage your local client base to stay in tune with client needs and respond to their needs</li><li>Cross sell other services outside of automation to your client base</li><li>Support the local client base through the delivery of capital upgrades as well as maintenance services</li><li>Support your manager with labour forecasting to deliver ongoing projects and future hiring needs</li><li>Respond to requests for proposals and tenders through the development of cost estimates and proposals</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field of study such as Engineering or Computer Science or 3 year college level electrical technology program</li><li>License to practice Engineering in Ontario (P.Eng designation or eligibility) is considered an asset</li><li>10&#xa0;years’ progressive hands on experience programming PLCs and SCADA systems is required.&#xa0;</li><li>5 + years Management experience on top of the hands on experience</li><li>Demonstrated previous project management experience is an asset</li><li>Understanding the design documentation process and how engineered drawings and specifications go hand in hand for owners to procure contractors is required</li><li>Able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously</li><li>A hands on background in PLC programming for various vendors such as Rockwell, Emmerson (RX3i) is an asset.</li><li>HMI/SCADA experience with various platforms such as AVEVA (InTouch or System Platform), iFIX, Ignition, and Rockwell FactoryTalk is an asset.</li></ul>",
