Now, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist — a hands-on expert who will help scale our paid growth engine and turn data into predictable, efficient acquisition. 🌱 About the role This is a pure performance role. Zero corporate maintenance, lots of ownership. You will plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across all digital channels — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and others. You'll work directly with our Growth Manager . Your job: bring PPC craft, analytical precision and initiative. Execute fast, test and measure everything, improve constantly. You'll collaborate closely with Creative, Product and Data teams — because great performance marketing lives at the intersection of well-structured ad accounts and high-quality creative assets . You understand that neither works without the other.
