font-size: 12pt\"><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br>This position encompasses two core aspects: Implementation Specialist and Project Manager, requiring a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and client-focused collaboration.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Part 1: Implementation Specialist</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As an Implementation Specialist, you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide public sector clients through all stages of product implementation</li>\n<li>Analyze business needs, recommend best practices, and ensure smooth completion of multiple concurrent implementations</li>\n<li>Become a subject matter expert in Euna Budget Professional’s budgeting system</li>\n<li>Collaborate with clients to identify gaps and improvements to be built in the system to provide an efficient budgeting tool</li>\n<li>Lead internal stakeholders to deliver the reporting, integration and product solutions needed by the client</li>\n<li>Prepare and migrate client data using Euna Budget’s data load interface</li>\n<li>Serve as a business partner to internal teams by sharing your expertise</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee multiple implementations from post-sales to full utilization of Euna Budget’s products</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Define timelines, track progress, and maintain regular communication with clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify and resolve implementation challenges by collaborating with internal teams to deliver optimal results</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Ideal Candidate<br><br>Education &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent work experience; background in finance or IT systems preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3–8 years of experience in software application delivery (e.g., systems implementation, project management, analysis, QA, training)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
