Description We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive the personal loan sales team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our personal loan business. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering a positive brand image. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing regular performance feedback and coaching. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve personal loan sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and enhance overall customer experience. Stay updated with industry developments and best practices, attending relevant training and workshops as required. Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Conduct regular team meetings, providing motivation, and addressing any concerns or challenges. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel for business purposes as required. Fluency in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
