    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Architect Salesforce platform end-to-end solutions</li>\r\n<li>Architect scalable and maintainable solutions</li>\r\n<li>Evaluate Technology and capability requests</li>\r\n<li>Expert level of knowledge in multiple technologies or IT disciplines</li>\r\n<li>A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy.</li>\r\n<li>Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements.</li>\r\n<li>Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.</li>\r\n<li>Architect and document design of Salesforce solutions.</li>\r\n<li>Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.</li>\r\n<li>Work with business and IT leaders to educate users on using Salesforce.com.</li>\r\n<li>Provide technical expertise with Salesforce.</li>\r\n<li>Provide industry experiences to help improve Salesforce solutions.</li>\r\n<li>Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Typical Education</span></p>\r\n<p><span></span>Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent</p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Relevant Experience</span></p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span></span>10+ years related experience</li>\r\n<li>Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via out-of-the-box product, technology and integration</li>\r\n<li>5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong technical and f<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">unctional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com.</span></li>\r\n<li>Strong expertise in<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.</span></li>\r\n<li>Success in guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value</li>\r\n<li>Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements</li>\r\n<li>Ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines</li>\r\n<li>Ability to maintain the integrity of the proposed architecture to assure professional quality and logical consistency in the face of political and business pressures</li>\r\n<li>Strong customer orientation with the ability to listen, prioritize and champion key initiatives</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p>Additional Information</p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Work authorization requirement:</span><span> </span>US Citizen or Permanent Resident.</p>",
