We are looking for a talented Electrician – Level III (3rd Shift) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Ensure Equipment Reliability : By troubleshooting, assembling, and maintaining electrical systems, you'll directly contribute to minimizing downtime and keeping operations running smoothly.
Promote a Culture of Safety : Your commitment to HSE protocols and proactive hazard reporting will help create a safer workplace for everyone.
Uphold High Quality Standards : Your attention to detail and adherence to quality procedures will ensure that all work meets or exceeds expectations, reducing rework and improving product reliability.
Mentor and Support Team Members : By instructing and coaching others, you’ll elevate team capability and foster a collaborative, knowledgeable work environment.
Drive Continuous Improvement : Your participation in TPM and feedback into preventive maintenance systems will help identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
Support Operational Efficiency : Working with peers to schedule maintenance around production needs and solve process issues will enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
Protect the Environment : By recognizing and minimizing the environmental impact of your work, you’ll contribute to the company’s sustainability goals.

Strong Decision-Making Skills : Make timely, well-informed decisions that keep operations efficient and aligned with business goals, especially when troubleshooting or prioritizing tasks. Commitment to Health and Safety : Champion a proactive safety culture by identifying hazards, using proper PPE, and modeling safe behaviors to help build an injury-free workplace. Expertise in Electrical and Control Systems : Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems and recognize hazards in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls to ensure safe and effective operations. Proficiency in Automation and Programming : Implement and optimize factory automation systems and machine programming to enhance productivity, reduce manual errors, and support continuous improvement. Solid Manufacturing Knowledge : Apply your understanding of manufacturing processes to implement effective changes, support uptime, and contribute to quality and efficiency improvements. Education/Experience
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
