You will play a key role in the operation of our entire business as a visible and powerful force for order.</p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Greeting patrons and checking IDs</li><li>Collecting cover charges</li><li>Providing security and safety</li><li>Maintaining bar supplies, when needed</li><li>Protecting bar patrons and staff</li><li>Monitoring bar or club perimeter for safety concerns</li><li>Assessing customer aggression or intoxication</li></ul><p>Job Qualifications</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:</p><ul><li>Ability to work during peak business hours, including Fridays, Saturdays and special events</li><li>Possess the ethics and positive attitude that support our values and culture</li><li>Ability to assess threats and over-intoxication</li><li>Comfortable talking to people</li><li>Ability to manage multiple people and situations while maintaining composure</li></ul><p>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:</p><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li></ul><p>ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:</p><ul><li>Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 30 hours a week</li><li>Ability to stand/walk for 2-6 hours per day</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry</li><li>Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors</li><li>Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic</li><li>Work environment: exposure to food, liquor, mixing devices, drink machines, water, sanitizers, cleaning products, knives, other sharp objects, and slippery floors</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
