This role involves flexible scheduling for patient care and supervising COTAs in the SNF setting.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Accredited Education</strong>: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active OT license in the state of practice.</li>\n <li><strong>Ethical Compliance</strong>: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills:</strong> Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions.</li>\n <li><strong>Flexibility and Team Collaboration:</strong> Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment.</li>\n <li><strong>Exceptional Communication:</strong> Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience with Geriatric Population</strong>: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.</li>\n <li><strong>Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations</strong>: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We welcome both new graduates and experienced therapists who are eager to unlock their full potential.
