This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong potential and initial experience in construction projects.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p>As a Project Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of design and construction projects in Germany, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and schedule requirements, in close collaboration with the Senior Project Manager.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Types of projects: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data centers</li>\n<li>Electrical power supply infrastructure</li>\n<li>Campus-wide works (underground networks, utilities, etc.)</li>\n<li>Office buildings</li>\n<li>Post-handover fit-out works (IT rooms, offices)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Administrative phase </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in managing administrative procedures (permits, regulatory authorizations)</li>\n<li>Coordination with architects, design offices, and authorities until permits are obtained</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Design phase </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participation in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to define project requirements</li>\n<li>Monitoring of technical design and verification of compliance with project specifications</li>\n<li>Interface between Design and Operations teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Construction &amp; commissioning phase </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day-to-day monitoring of on-site progress with the Senior Project Manager</li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards</li>\n<li>Coordination with key stakeholders and service providers (energy suppliers, inspection bodies, design offices, etc.)</li>\n<li>Interface with clients (hyperscalers and key accounts) throughout the project</li>\n<li>Participation in commissioning activities and preparation of internal technical handover</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project handover &amp; acceptance </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the transition from construction to operations</li>\n<li>Assist with the collection and verification of technical documentation (as-built drawings, procedures, training materials)</li>\n<li>Coordination with Operations teams to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer</li>\n<li>Contribution to client reporting and delivery of project deliverables</li>\n<li>Organization of training sessions and on-site onboarding for operational teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project management &amp;
