The Pickleball Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional guest service at the pickleball facilities, as well as ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. S/he will register guests for pickleball courts, lessons and clinics. As part of the Sunriver Resort team enjoy these perks + more!:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Free Pickleball</li>\n <li>Free Golf</li>\n <li>Free Recreation including Bikes & Marina </li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Discounted and Complimentary Stays Across CoralTree Properties</li>\n <li>50% Off Food & Beverage</li>\n <li>50% Retail </li>\n <li>And so much more! </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greets and welcomes guests and members upon arrival</li>\n <li>Maintains positive relationships with members and guests </li>\n <li>Assists members and guests in booking reservations for pickleball courts, clinics or lessons</li>\n <li>Assists members and guests in booking reservations for pool lanes and fitness classes</li>\n <li>Explains pickleball facilities, programs, services and equipment to guests and members</li>\n <li>Explains fitness facilities, programs, services and equipment to guests and members</li>\n <li>Handles payment transactions for pickleball operations and ensures accuracy </li>\n <li>Maintains strong knowledge of Pickleball department merchandise products and pricing</li>\n <li>Assists in maintenance and upkeep of pickleball courts and surrounding areas</li>\n <li>Maintains cleanliness and stocks towels and products in spa locker rooms</li>\n <li>Maintains cleanliness and restocks towels throughout fitness center</li>\n <li>Responsible for answering guest questions regarding pickleball operations, membership and retail </li>\n <li>Answers Pickleball Desk phone line and directs calls appropriately </li>\n <li>Up sells other resort services and amenities to guests</li>\n <li>Provides general resort information to guests </li>\n <li>Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One year of customer service experience preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the game of pickleball preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>JOB REQUIRMENTS:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have their OLCC License</li>\n <li>Must always ensure a teamwork environment</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>WORKING CONDITIONS:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to stand on feet and walk throughout the day, including some on uneven surfaces</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift & carry up to 25 lbs on an occasional basis</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#SunriverResort</p>",
