HVAC Service Technician Location: Uniontown, OH Company: Bonsky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Looking for More Than Just Another Truck? At Bonsky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing, we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in helping customers, solving problems, and doing things the right way. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment Perform maintenance inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options Document findings and recommendations accurately Follow company service processes and procedures Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle Work closely with dispatch and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction Who We're Looking For We're not looking for a parts changer. We're looking for a technician who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and taking ownership of every call.
