    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Job Summary:<br>To coach associates to meet quality, cost, delivery, morale, and safety (QCDMS) targets in compliance<br>with the quality policy and continuously working for associate’s success.<br>Major Responsibilities:<br> Coordinate production in the specific area to meet required schedules.<br> Controlling 5M changes- Investigate problems/processes; notify affected departments and implement<br>appropriate action as needed.<br> Troubleshoot and fix machine problems.<br> Daily start up meeting with associates to communicate expectation and strategy.<br> Monitor production start-up for any abnormal conditions and take appropriate action when needed.<br> Verify quality of your product and associates work.<br> Responsible for training and development of associates.<br> Responsible for maintaining daily and monthly charts, graphs, and reports.<br> Maintain subordinates documentation on time sheets, attendance, corrective action, etc.<br> Establish and maintain operator instructions.<br> Effectively communicate with all levels of associates.<br> Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on machines as needed.<br> Use Associate Success Center to implement kaizens using PDCA method<br> Complete daily log book with details and strategy for the next shift.<br> Review, correction and approval of associate timecards within respective areas.<br> Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations.<br> Assists with the company management style in a manner that promotes ownership by all associates.<br>Acts as key member of Employee Involvement with promotion of good morale, pride and ethics<br>throughout DMNC.<br> Directly supervises departmental line keepers and associates within respective areas.<br>Minor Responsibilities:<br> Requires teamwork and participation and promotion of company activities such as IATF16949,<br>ISO9001, ISO14001 and Employee Involvement.<br> Requires effective communication with team members and internal departments and related outside<br>resources in both written and oral format.<br> Understand, comply and consistently apply company policies and procedures fairly to all employees.<br> Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.<br> Maintain 5’s standards: maintaining good housing keeping.<br> May require some travel.<br> Make recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations through<br>continual improvement<br> Responsible for coordinating the establishment of production goals within respective area.<br> May require shift work &amp; overtime to support area of responsibility as needed.<br>Minimum Qualifications for the Job:<br> Requires High School Diploma or GED equivalent (must fulfill NC State or Federal educational<br>requirements).<br> Requires 1-3 year manufacturing experience; supervisory experience preferred.<br> Prefer 2 or 4 year degree in related field or equivalent related work experience.<br>Key Competencies:<br> Must have proficient math and analytical skills.<br> Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.<br> Effective verbal, listening and communication skills.<br> Effective leadership and coaching skills<br> Strategic thinking and decision making skills<br> Ethical conduct<br> Must have investigative, troubleshooting and analytical skills in order to evaluate problems/processes<br>and take necessary action in support of subordinates<br>Physical Requirements:<br> Requires constant standing and moving 8-12 hours per day<br> Must be able to constantly lift and carry up to 35 lbs.<br> Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and kneel.<br> Must be able to apply up to 66lbs push/pull force unassisted.<br> Must be able to reach overhead.</p><p><span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; display: inline !important; float: none; font-size: 14.001px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-decoration-color: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;\">Annual Salary: $61,500-$76,900</span></span><br>&nbsp;</p>",
