    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The CNC Machinist II will operate industrial devices that generate manufactured parts. &nbsp;Essential skills are technical knowledge, setting up, and operating a CNC machine. While maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; and maintaining equipment and supplies.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Operate CNC machines to produce complex aerospace manufactured parts primarily out of aluminum and titanium</li><li>Run CNC machines independently with minimal additional assistance [&lt;15% of the time]</li><li>Setup machines with fixtures and required tooling to produce a new part number [with minimal supervision required (&lt;15% of the time)]</li><li>Take measurements to adequately ensure the set-up is accurate, using precision measuring tools such as; gauges, calipers, indicators and micrometers. [with minimal supervision required (&lt;15% of the time)]</li><li>Tear down existing machine set-up and tooling. Returning all items to their proper location</li><li>Aptitude to run multi spindle machines</li><li>Clean and prepare machine for next set-up.</li><li>Diligently observe the machining operations to ensure part meets the engineering requirements; using precision measurement tools to take accurate measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting controls; replacing worn tools; while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes</li><li>Consistently produces a part within the standard run times</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting of set-up issues</li><li>Perform basic troubleshooting of in-process machining issues</li><li>Perform basic machine maintenance activities such as; check coolant fluid levels, add coolant, empty chip bins, etc.</li><li>Clean work area a minimum of once per shift</li><li>Assist CNC Machinist I as needed</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Certification from an accredited technical college a plus</li><li>Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible CNC milling experience, aerospace industry is preferred</li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of supervision (Leads, Supervisors, Managers, Site Executives)&nbsp;</li><li>Possess basic math and geometry knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Elementary knowledge of engineering principals helpful</li><li>Basic knowledge of how to read and interpret blue prints/drawings</li><li>Basic knowledge of how to use precision measuring tools (i.e.: gauges, calipers, indicators, micrometers, etc)</li><li>Must be able to follow work order instructions, setup book instructions and verbal instructions</li><li>Must have recent experience with Fanuc and Siemens CNC controls&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to drive a forklift</li></ul></div></div>\n",
