HR Legal Oversight</span></p>\n<p>Partner with HR leadership on employment-related legal matters across the group.</p>\n<p>Advise on:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employee terminations and disciplinary procedures</li>\n<li>Employment contracts and internal policies</li>\n<li>Workplace disputes and risk mitigation</li>\n<li>Cross-border employment compliance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Leadership requires legal advice that is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">practical, clear, and timely</span> in a fast-moving environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Corporate Structure &amp; Global Entities</span></p>\n<p>Support the review and consolidation of the group’s corporate structure.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviewing and consolidating multiple group entities</li>\n<li>Supporting the creation of new international entities</li>\n<li>Coordinating corporate governance matters across jurisdictions</li>\n<li>Working with external counsel on international structuring</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The objective is to maintain a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">clean and scalable legal structure</span> that supports global growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">M&amp;A and Strategic Transactions</span></p>\n<p>Support acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Legal due diligence</li>\n<li>Deal structuring</li>\n<li>Negotiation of transaction documentation</li>\n<li>Coordination with external advisors and counsel</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You will work directly with the executive team on <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">strategic expansion initiatives</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Supplier &amp;
