    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>SADDLEWOOD TOWNHOMES</strong></p><p>Weekend hours: Saturdays 10AM - 7PM and Sundays 1PM - 6PM</p><p id=\"isPasted\">Pool Attendant responsibilities includes maintaining an attractive, sanitary and safe swimming pool for residents; controlling swimming pool chemicals; maintaining required logs; ensuring availability of equipment and/or supplies; and complying with health and safety requirements.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong>include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Cleans assigned facilities (e.g. swimming pool, pool deck, equipment areas, showers, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining a sanitary and safe condition.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Inspects swimming pool, deck, mechanical equipment, etc. for the purpose of ensuring that it is suitable for safe operations, maintained in an attractive and clean condition, and/or identifying necessary repairs.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Evaluates equipment function for the purpose of maintaining facilities and/or complying with mandated health requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintains pool, including proper chemical and PH rate for the purpose of complying with mandated safety and health requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assists in maintaining swimming pool equipment (e.g. backwashing filters, pump equipment, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring equipment is in proper working condition.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintains records for the purpose of providing an up-to-date reference trail and/or complying with mandated requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Monitors inventory levels of chemicals and other pool maintenance supplies for the purpose of ensuring the availability of supplies as needed.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Performs minor repairs to swimming pool equipment and facilities for the purpose of maintaining facilities and equipment in safe operating condition.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prepares purchase orders for the purpose of securing needed supplies.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responds to inquiries regarding swimming pool operations, etc.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Stocks chemicals and other supplies for the purpose of maintaining adequate quantities and security of items.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assists other personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;
