The Therapist will provide in-person counseling to meet our growing demand for in-person therapy. Some virtual therapy will also be offered, depending on the need.</p><p><strong>MySpectrum</strong> offers outpatient therapy to children, adults, families, and couples with a variety of mental health and substance use needs. The ideal Therapist for this position will be open to working with a varied client base, and eager to offer a safe and healing therapeutic environment.</p><p>Job Summary:</p><p>The Outpatient Therapist will provide outpatient therapy in an office setting. The standard caseload for Full-time Therapists will be approximately 30 clients. As the primary responsibility will be to provide clinical services to clients, <strong>MySpectrum</strong> offers the most effective tools to do so. </p><p>Responsibilities and Duties:</p><ul><li>Provide Outpatient Therapy in standard 50-60 minute blocks</li><li>Complete Initial Assessments</li><li>Complete Treatment Plans</li><li>Complete Progress Notes</li><li>Be an integral part of the team through collaboration and communication</li></ul><p>Qualifications and Skills:</p><ul><li>Must be licensed as an LPC or LCSW in the state of Virginia, and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels </li><li>Registered Play Therapist highly desired</li></ul><p>Benefits and Perks:</p><ul><li>The office hours are 8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Friday. Flexibility to work within these hours as you choose in order to fulfill the required 30 hours of client time per week.</li><li>Compensation based on a 60/40 split; the more you work, the more you earn!</li><li>Medical, dental, vision insurance</li><li>IRA retirement plan with company match</li><li>Casual environment that promotes fun and creativity</li><li>An outpatient practice where you don't have to worry about the business aspects!
