Role Overview The Data Entry Executive – Billing will handle day-to-day invoicing, sales data management, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires accuracy, speed, and strong familiarity with Tally ERP (sales module). Key Responsibilities Prepare and process sales invoices in Tally ERP with complete accuracy Maintain daily sales records, customer billing data and documentation Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely invoice generation Handle invoice corrections, credit notes, and basic reconciliations Maintain physical and digital billing files in an organised manner Assist in GST output data preparation under guidance Follow up internally for pending invoice inputs and billing details Candidate Requirements 1–2 years experience in billing / data entry / sales invoicing Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP Basic understanding of GST on outward supplies Good speed, accuracy, and attention to detail Comfort working with routine billing tasks and extended office hours Proficiency in MS Excel preferred Why Join Us?
