      "content": "<div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>\n<p>Lead structural design from the conceptual phase through design completion for projects with a focus on marine structures, including piers, wharfs, bulkheads, fender systems and other related structures.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Participate in the development of project fees, schedules, scopes, budgets, staff planning and construction planning. Responsible for the effective management of change orders.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Apply expert knowledge of commonly used structural concepts, practices, codes and procedures.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Apply knowledge and experience to complex projects and find non-standard design solutions.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Quality review of production drawings</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Participate in construction administration, including coordination with field personnel to resolve design-related installation issues, calculations, field inspections and testing of materials.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead field inspections, installations, or analyses for public and private clients. Prepare and present technical reports for clients and industry publications.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Build effective relationships with existing clients, customers and contractors and develop new business opportunities. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction goals and expectations are met.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Participate in sales and marketing efforts and identify key pursuits.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Lead the development of cost proposals and qualification statements to achieve stated targets and standards for financial performance.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Prepare and present project budgets and cost estimates. Report project performance.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to the structural engineering practice.       "content": "<div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited program and successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, Professional Engineering License (PE) and a minimum of 7 years structural engineering experience, or master’s degree in Structural Engineering and 6 years structural engineering experience.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) project experience preferred.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Expert knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures. Strong knowledge of structural design codes (e.g., IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE-7). Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience leading the design of large projects and delegating work tasks to team members.
