Be part of an extraordinary life!</p>\n<p>Havenwood of Burnsville is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for assisting with the care and maintenance of all aspects of the community’s physical plant to include maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program.</p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range: $18-22 per hour, depending on experience level.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Assistant:</strong></p>\n<p>Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs.</p>\n<p>Receive service requests and response in a timely manner.</p>\n<p>Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor.</p>\n<p>Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor.</p>\n<p>Perform minor building and equipment repairs.</p>\n<p>Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.</p>\n<p>Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary.</p>\n<p>Maintain cleanliness of fountains, pumping and filtration system, where appropriate.</p>\n<p>Perform maintenance on irrigation system (valves, timers and nozzles).</p>\n<p>Perform routine maintenance on all vehicles when assigned.</p>\n<p>Maintain all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.</p>\n<p>WHEN QUALIFIED, assist the Director of Plant Operations and/or perform work on the heating and air conditioning systems, domestic water systems, refrigeration systems, pumps, motors, fans, electrical systems and emergency generators.</p>\n<p>Maintain exterior and interior of all buildings.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</strong></p>\n<p>The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language</p>\n<p>Good communication skills (oral and written)</p>\n<p>Good inter-department communication and teamwork skills</p>\n<p>Capable of administering employee incentive, retention and training programs</p>\n<p>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><i><strong>If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!</strong></i></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">When you work at <strong>Havenwood of Burnsville</strong>, you have a front-row seat to the amazing life stories of the wisest people on earth.
