    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Rathole Driller and / or Foundation Driller is responsible for the safe operation of drilling equipment and serves as the lead at the customer job site by ensuring customer and rig technical specifications are met.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Functional Responsibilities</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Fully understands rigging and the safe operation of rigging equipment</li><li>Ability to demonstrate and perform Rathole procedures successfully&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to demonstrate and perform Foundation Drilling procedures successfully</li><li>Demonstrate ability to lead a crew following all safety procedures and guidelines</li><li>Review Customer rig technical specification</li><li>Adheres to all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and ensure crew also follows proper related procedures</li><li>Provides necessary leadership in all aspects of the job; plans ahead, communicates effectively, trains crew, maintains accurate &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; records (both written and mathematical)&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitates safety meetings and JSEA pre-job meetings</li><li>Fully understands the necessity and benefits of preventive maintenance and applies PM practices daily</li><li>Performs rig relocation and follows established procedures</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Education, Professional Licensure and Certifications</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Preferred High School/GED</li><li>Class A Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL) required which meets Company standards<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience &ndash; Minimum 1 year</li><li>Language skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple oral and written instructions and effectively communicate/present &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; information one-on-one or in small group situations.</li><li>Welding experience (preferred in some locations).</li><li>Mathematical skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.</li><li>Reasoning skills - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to handle problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility to work with different crews and to perform different aspects of the job</li></ul><p><strong>Required Knowledge</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Rathole equipment to include processes and procedures</li><li>Foundation drilling to include process and procedures</li><li>Able to read and interpret Rig specifications</li><li>DOT Regulations &nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise Crew&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>This job requires frequent moderate to heavy work. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Employee will be exposed to outdoor weather elements to include extreme temperatures, high noise and the potential of &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;chemicals and fumes or gasses. &nbsp;</li><li>Employee will stand or walk 75% of the time and frequently be asked to bend, squat, reach or climb.</li><li>Employee must be physically capable of lifting, pulling, pushing tools and equipment up to 50lbs in a safe manner.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Disclaimer</strong></p><p><em>This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent. &nbsp;It is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the incumbent. &nbsp;Incumbent may, and probably will, be asked to perform other duties as required. &nbsp;Each employee, regardless of classification, is required to maintain a safe, orderly and clean workplace, using safety precautions and observing safety rules at all times.</em></p>\n    </div>\n  </div></div>\n",
