Rapidly iterate on prototypes and be able to conduct user testing to evaluate designs.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and development teams to create business solutions and define system requirements.</li><li>Lead&nbsp;UX design and prototyping efforts;&nbsp;provide design support during development and assist with QA as needed.</li><li>Create high-quality UX and UI deliverables to communicate the intended user experience such as screen flow diagrams, prototypes, mockups, icons, and UI specification.</li><li>Work closely with developers to develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications, through entire project lifecycle.</li><li>Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences at varying levels of the organization articulating&nbsp;design ideas, decisions, and rationale.</li><li>Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from user testing and business analytics to make design decisions.</li><li>Validate success post-launch through analytics and customer feedback.</li><li>Maintain a user-centered approach in design perspective and practice.</li><li>Complete ad-hoc requests based on the needs and priorities of the company.</li></ul><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields.</li><li>5+ years&rsquo; experience as a User Experience Designer or similar role.</li><li>3+ years&rsquo; experience creating interactive experiences with prototyping software.</li><li>3+ years&rsquo; experience working directly with developers for implementation of designs.</li><li>Strong design capabilities within wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and UI design.</li><li>Experience using design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of UX and UI design principles, responsive design, user testing, and A/B testing.</li><li>Understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS that informs design and interaction decisions.</li><li>Proven ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize input from business leaders, product management, and engineering.</li><li>Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Visio.</li><li>Experience within the Financial industry preferred.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
