He/She will ensure delivery of significant P&amp;L contributions within the Branch by controlling margins within its own BOB. This position requires strong communication skills and Freight Forwarding operational experience in a fast paced, dynamic Freight-Forwarding Field Sales environment.</div><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Manage Book Of Business (BOB) ensuring constant growth in Volume, Revenue and Margin&nbsp;</li><li>Grant constant growth of the BCO composition of the above: Hunting as % of Farming&nbsp;</li><li>Undertake market analysis and competitive research in the local market&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with Branch Operations in order to ensure proper SOPs are customized around client needs&nbsp;</li><li>Assist BOB clients in their day by day requests related to export/import quotations/negotiations in order to ensure proper opportunity closing&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with DPW internal Network and external Partner Agents in order to guarantee the best possible service assistance to working opportunities</li><li>Work with the CRM system in order to properly manage personal pipeline and record activity that will be base for Field Sales Incentive Scheme</li><li>Stay updated about local regulations, industry, new practices and any enhancements</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate in any field</li><li>Proven track record in sales field, with at least 3 years of recent and relevant sales experience in Freight</li><li>Forwarding Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales and/or customer facing role within the Freight Forwarding industry</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><strong>Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000 base</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.
