We are seeking a dedicated nursing leader to support clinical operations, foster team empowerment, and drive excellence in patient outcomes. ________________________________________ Position Overview: The Assistant Manager of Clinical Operations combines clinical expertise with contemporary leadership practices aligned with the IU Health Way to achieve outstanding clinical and organizational outcomes. This role partners with the unit Manager to develop and execute action plans focused on quality and safety improvements, care affordability, and enhancing patient and team member experiences. The incumbent leads the implementation of these plans, analyzes their effectiveness, and fosters an environment where the interprofessional team is empowered to reach excellence. The role promotes evidence-based practices, professional nursing standards, and supports nursing practice advancement.
