    "description": "<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p>Beitzel Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Services Foreman to lead field operations across a variety of industrial and construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with strong civil construction experience who enjoys mentoring crews, operating in the field, and taking pride in a job well done — wherever the road may take them.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role involves extensive overnight and out-of-town work, often requiring a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional night shifts.
