We take pride in delivering memorable, positive experiences for every one who walks through our doors.</p><p>We are looking for an individual that will flex between the role as a Floor Supervisor and Poker Dealer. &nbsp;The ideal candidate will be someone who is motivated, friendly, takes initiative, and excited to grow with our company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise all aspects of poker room operations, ensuring adherence to Texas Card House policies.</li><li>Manage a team of dealers, including dealer rotation, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Conduct floor audits and maintain accurate cash control procedures.</li><li>Resolve player disputes and rule infractions with professionalism and diplomacy.</li><li>Oversee the efficient seating of players and game distribution.</li><li>Maintain a safe and secure gaming environment by identifying and addressing suspicious activity.</li><li>Monitor player behavior and enforce all card house policies.</li><li>Collaborate with the Cash Cage and Supervisors on financial transactions.</li><li>Assist with marketing and promoting upcoming events and tournaments.</li><li>Generate detailed reports on daily operations and game performance.</li><li>Deal cards efficiently and accurately according to Texas Card House game variations and Texas Hold'em poker rules.</li><li>Enforce game rules and maintain a fair and controlled game environment.</li><li>Calculate pot odds, payouts, and win conditions.</li><li>Collect bets, rake chips, and ensure proper chip denomination distribution.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p><br></p><p>Pay: From $30.00+ per hour</p><p><br></p><p>Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>PTO&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p>",
