This</span><span> position </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> all aspects of rehab care and the supervision of PT and OT staff. </span><span>Being a Rehabilitation Supervisor include</span><span>s</span><span> providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the Rehabilitation staff.</span><span> </span><span>Will interact, coordinate, and </span><span>facilitate</span><span> activities with all disciplines, departments, and </span><span>appropriate regulatory</span><span> agencies.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy (Doctorate in PT- Preferred) or in Occupational Therapy required.</p></li><li><p>Doctorate in OT–Preferred.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in an area where a license is required.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a Healthcare environment is required.</p></li><li><p>A current license in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy issued by the State of California Physical Therapy Board is required.</p></li><li><p>Geriatric experience (ex., Acute Care, Skilled Nursing) as required by CMS PACE regulations.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Interdisciplinary team environments is highly desirable.</p></li><li><p>A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Compensation</b></p><p></p>$111,216.27 - $139,020.34 annually<p></p><p><b><span>Compensation Disclaimer</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
