We're currently seeking a <strong>Houskeeper</strong> </p>\n<p> 1-3 years of previous work experience in a related field is preferred</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position will be based out of our HQ., in Piscataway, NJ</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean and maintain office buildings, corporate offices </li>\n <li>Clean and maintain vacant commercial spaces</li>\n <li>Ensure everything is left in a neat, clean and attractive condition</li>\n <li>Remove all trash & debris from common and office areas</li>\n <li>Report any facility issues to supervisor</li>\n <li>Assist with other tasks as needed at the properties</li>\n <li>Must be able to work overtime when needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year previous experience in related field</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate with all staff members in a professional manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> Education Desired:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Attributes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In return, we offer competitive compensation, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental and vision benefits, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match and a corporate team environment with opportunity of advancement. </p>\n<p>Also includes on-site company fitness gym, discounts on housing and home appliances. <em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
