    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>Key Accountabilities:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure EHS compliance, safety culture, and 5S excellence in paint operations.</li>\n <li>Lead paint defect troubleshooting, RCA, and corrective/preventive actions.</li>\n <li>Monitor paint line KPIs, quality performance, and process stability.</li>\n <li>Manage pretreatment (Zinc Phosphate) parameters, titration, and paint testing standards.</li>\n <li>Validate new paints, chemicals, surface treatments, and technologies.</li>\n <li>Conduct process audits, maintain documentation, and train operators on quality standards.</li>\n <li>Drive cost optimization, chemical optimization, and cycle-time improvement projects.</li>\n <li>Lead cross-functional teams for equipment performance, NPI support, and process efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Academic &amp; Experience:&nbsp;</b></p>\n<p>Diploma or B-Tech / BE (Mechanical / Chemical) experience of 5-10 years in areas : paint line operations / surface coating, automation-based spray powder coating painting line systems, manufacturing tools handling. Technical Areas: Knowledge of painting chemistry, surface preparation, and coating technologies. Shot blasting, Familiarity with electro-deposition (ED), powder coating, and topcoat processes.</p>\n<p><b>Technical Areas:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><span>Knowledge of paint chemistry, surface preparation, and coating technologies. Shot blasting</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><span>Familiarity with electro-deposition (ED), powder coating, and topcoat processes.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><span>Understanding of paint defects and root cause analysis.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><span>Knowledge of quality systems (FEMA, Process validation) and world-class manufacturing practices.</span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p style=\"margin-left:18pt\"><span>Experience with problem-solving tools (Why-Why, DMAIC, Fishbone, etc.).</span></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
