The Driver will at all times serve as an ambassador of Metropolitan Ministries to the donor community.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Perform daily maintenance inspections on vehicles.</li><li>Retrieve assignments for daily pickups.</li><li>Pick up in-kind donations from various areas throughout the Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas County areas.</li><li>Build donor relationships and contacts through regular travel routes.</li><li>Working knowledge of donations slip procedures and concepts in order to better serve donor relations.</li><li>Review and maintain daily donations records.</li><li>Demonstrate respect and reverence for our donors and their property.</li><li>Meets personal goals and actively contributes to the achievement of team and organization targets/goals as measured by Key Performance Indicators.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ol>",

The position requires a degree of maturity, sensitivity to issues of faith, cross cultural and diversity issues, and the social skill to handle job-related matters in a professional and diplomatic manner.
