We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who are flexible, community-minded, and enjoy supporting others in achieving their goals.</p><p>As a Direct Support Professional, you will play an important role in helping individuals build independence, participate in their communities, and maintain a balance between what is important to them and what is important for them. Team members are expected to work a minimum of two weekend shifts each month as part of their regular schedule.
