    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Vertiv is seeking a Logistics, Senior Analyst to support the transportation team with data analysis &amp; reporting, ongoing optimization of a Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) model across the Americas region. This role will be critical in supporting data-driven decision-making, improving transportation processes, and ensuring operational excellence in partnership with our LLP and internal stakeholders.</p>\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support LLP optimization and execution through data analysis, process mapping, documentation, and performance tracking.</li>\n <li>Analyze and consolidate logistics data (freight spend, carrier performance, service levels) to develop and monitor KPIs aligned to operations performance.</li>\n <li>Partner with the operations and internal stakeholders (Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Master Data, etc.) to drive process standardization and visibility.</li>\n <li>Identify and resolve data integrity issues related to logistics procurement and carrier data.</li>\n <li>Own carrier management to drive actionable resolutions to support supply chain optimization (delivery performance, costing, capacity, transit, etc.)</li>\n <li>Assist in building a culture of lean thinking and continuous improvement in logistics operations.</li>\n <li>Document logistics processes and provide training or support to internal teams related to operational initiatives.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Leverage Transportation Management System (TMS) expertise to support operations integration, ensuring accurate data flow, process automation, and system alignment with logistics workflows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Job Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of <strong>3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations</strong> roles.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of tools such as <strong>Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint</strong>; experience with <strong>process mapping (e.g., Visio, Lucid)</strong> preferred.</li>\n <li>Understanding of freight operations, carrier management, and logistics procurement processes.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to <strong>manage projects, communicate across cross-functional teams</strong>, and drive execution.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in <strong>logistics data analysis</strong> and process improvement</li>\n <li>Experience in both International and Domestic transportation activities</li>\n <li>Experience with PowerBI, and other data analysis/visualization tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)</li>\n <li>Experience with process mapping tools preferred (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucid)</li>\n <li>Project Management Skills – ability to organize and communicate.
