This role is pivotal in driving troubleshooting capabilities, developing technical training programs, and overseeing process changes and new technology implementations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with deep expertise in structured problem-solving.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Technical Troubleshooting &amp; Problem-Solving</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Act as the site&rsquo;s primary resource for troubleshooting complex equipment and process issues using methodologies such as 5 Why, PDCA, and DMAIC.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance machine reliability.</li></ul><p><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Process Optimization</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product quality.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for process enhancements.</li><li>Support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to sustain operational excellence.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology Integration &amp; Implementation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead the evaluation, planning, and deployment of new technologies and process changes.</li><li>Ensure smooth integration of new equipment and systems into existing production lines.</li><li>Validate performance improvements and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Training &amp; Development</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Design and deliver technical training programs for operators and maintenance teams.</li><li>Assess training effectiveness and update content to align with evolving business needs.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and external partners to provide specialized technical courses.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in hygiene or consumer goods.</li><li>Strong expertise in structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies.</li><li>Familiarity with automation systems, PLCs, and process control technologies.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in baby diaper or hygiene product manufacturing.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div>\n",
