Our experts are not responsible for sales.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you're a fitness pro with a passion for empowering others to live a happier and healthier life but struggle to fit into big box health clubs, franchise gyms, or are tired of working the long hours as an independent contractor, Fitness Together has an amazing opportunity for you to grow!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fitness Together® Personal Trainers take pride in their work by providing an exceptional client experience that leaves a lasting impact. They empower commitment by holding clients accountable to their goals and constantly go above and beyond to encourage progress over perfection.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits Include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Full-time Personal Trainers make between $48K to $50K annually</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>$2000 Sign On Bonus; Paid out in four (4) $500 increments every 3 months (while maintaining continuous full-time employment for the first 12 months.)</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>No split shifts</li>\n <li>Paid continuing education</li>\n <li>10-days paid time off; available after probationary period is completed successfully, and received annually from that point forward</li>\n <li>Opportunity for growth and advancement</li>\n <li>Incredible team work environment</li>\n <li>No direct sales or marketing</li>\n <li>Bonuses and incentives based on team performance</li>\n <li>Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance; available after probationary period is completed successfully</li>\n <li>401k retirement plan with an employer match; available after probationary period is complete successfully</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As a Fitness Together® Personal Trainer, you will n</strong><strong>eed to be available to work the following shift consistently:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm OR 1:00pm - 9:00pm </strong><strong><em>(*Shift availability is dependent upon business needs when interviewed*)</em></strong></li>\n <li><strong>Friday: 6:00am - 3:00pm</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Saturday: 6:00am - 3:00pm</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Sundays: OFF</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>(*There is a rotation to work Fridays and Saturdays throughout the year; all employees are guaranteed to always have off two days per week)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design safe and effective programs, accommodating the unique needs/goals of clients</li>\n <li>Educate and empower clients, so that they are motivated to stay committed to their plan inside and outside of the studio</li>\n <li>Bring a positive attitude and show regular appreciation to clients and teammates every day</li>\n <li>Create unique, memorable and personal experiences for clients that make Fitness Together® customers clients for life</li>\n <li>Interact with clients and team members without judgement, and express empathy for those around you</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to meet the needs of those around you</li>\n <li>Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language, and behavior</li>\n <li>Always maintain a space of cleanliness and ensure a safe and accident-free environment</li>\n <li>Constantly look for ways to improve your skills to grow as an expert in your field</li>\n <li>Represent yourself professionally through your appearance, language and behavior</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate Will Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science </strong>or related field preferred but not required</li>\n <li>One year of personal training and program design experience</li>\n <li>ACSM, NASM, or ACE Personal Training Certification</li>\n <li>Be available to work a full 8 hour shift 5 days/wk</li>\n <li>Understanding of injury prevention/management</li>\n <li>Experience & success working with special populations</li>\n <li>CPR/AED and First Aid Certification</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal communication and listening skills</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate and thrive in a team environment</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt quickly to each client’s individual needs</li>\n <li>Must have the emotional stamina to be “at your best” with each client</li>\n <li>Ability to motivate and coach clients to ensure continuous commitment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Serious candidates are strongly encouraged to include a cover letter with your resume.
