You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Completed & ongoing competence with required core modules: Staging, Drilling, Rock bolting, Blasting, Operate Scoop, extend services, Operate Utility Vehicle, Fall Arrest Training (as per the AEM Underground mining Classification Guideline); Competently perform all Mining 4 functions (Production/Development); Demonstrate competence in relevant UG Hardrock common core; Housekeeping – keep work areas clean free from hazards; Communication – listen to and communicate with others, keep accurate records on zero harm 5-point card, aligning with daily tasks; Teamwork – work with others to meet and where possible exceed daily KPI’s set by Supervisor; All other duties as may be assigned.
