If so WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Thermoforming Machine Operator</strong>, HIRING IMMEDIATELY, Bridgeview IL</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Pay range is $24.40 to $25.68 - paid weekly (additional $1 per hour as shift differential)</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Machine Operator</strong> available Day Shift 7AM to 7PM and Night Shifts 7PM - 7AM 2-2-3 Schedule</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As a Thermoforming Machine Operator you will:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely and effectively operates <strong>thermoforming and extrusion</strong> equipment to produce quality product</li>\n <li>Troubleshoots line issues with minimal assistance</li>\n <li>Maintains run efficiencies for the line and product type</li>\n <li>Ensures quality of products on line and completes all of the necessary paperwork associated with running the line in a timely and accurate manner</li>\n <li>Assists in production start ups and shutdowns</li>\n <li>Trains future technicians in both technical duties and good working practices</li>\n <li>Communicates daily with shift management to target problem areas and devise action plans</li>\n <li>Follows all Company established rules and policies</li>\n <li>Adheres to all Safety rules and regulations</li>\n <li>Ensures housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility is safe, clean and tidy</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We are looking for prior experience as an Extrusion Operator, Thermoforming Operator, and/or Plastics Machine Operator!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidate should have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the plastics industry.</li>\n <li>Must have Thermoforming experience, plastics extrusion preferred.</li>\n <li>Must have High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently as well as working with others effectively as a part of a team is essential</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
