You’ll balance strategic architecture with hands‑on design leadership to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Responsible For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Acting as a trusted technical and architectural advisor to business leaders, IT stakeholders, and programme leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leading architecture discovery and definition across Guidewire implementations, including solution design, data models, and integration patterns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Defining, owning, and governing architectural principles, standards, artefacts, and documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring architecture aligns with business strategy, enterprise architecture, security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Creating and reviewing high‑level and detailed solution designs, architecture diagrams, and integration frameworks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Providing architectural leadership to delivery teams, driving technical decision‑making and resolving complex challenges.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Mentoring technical leaders and developers, supporting architectural capability uplift and consistent delivery quality.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Guidewire Architecture Experience:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You’ll bring deep expertise across the Guidewire platform and insurance ecosystems, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite, Guidewire Cloud tools and services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience across cloud infrastructure, data architecture, data migration, reporting, analytics, and digital products.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience designing insurance platform integrations within complex enterprise environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to clearly communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong technical judgement, leadership presence, and decision‑making capability in large or complex delivery programmes.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Work:</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At Tenzing, we value strong technical capability alongside excellent consulting and delivery skills.
