We are seeking a proficient and experienced Network Administrator to manage and maintain network infrastructure within a military environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of military networks.</span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Position Overview:</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This role includes designing, implementing, and ensuring the reliability of (LAN), WAN, and other communication systems within a secure environment. This role is responsible for the management, maintenance, and security of network infrastructure crucial for military operations. </span></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Responsibilities:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Install, configure, and maintain an organization’s local area network (Lan), wide area network (WAN), data communications network, operating systems, and physical and virtual servers. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provides networking support for the MTC and any exercise support in preparation for training.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Designs, implements and maintains network configurations.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Builds, maintains, and configures Call Manager.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Troubleshoots any network or Call Manager issues. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assists units and any other components during exercises.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Reviews STIGs and Best Business Practices (BBPs) to ensure that all Network equipment meets the required Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Army and DOD standards. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Stay updated with technological advancements and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve network capabilities.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Other duties as within the scope of the program.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Qualifications:</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">BA/BS degree in Information Technology or related field.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">An additional three years of experience as a Network Administrator can be substituted in lieu of a degree.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Minimum six years’ experience in the knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in network troubleshooting and support, operating systems and applications and network management. </span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must have working knowledge of current technologies and products for MTC services and security.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></span><span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must possess SECRET clearance.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span
