The main objective of this position is to support the staff with a team-oriented approach in delivering exceptional customer service and care with the goal of improving a patient’s overall quality of life.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><u><strong>Responsibilities</strong></u>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service and communication to therapy patients, therapists, physician staff, and clients in a fast paced orthopedic rehab office.&nbsp;</li><li>Daily clinic maintenance: including but not limited to cleaning treatment tables and equipment, change out linen, stocking supplies.&nbsp;</li><li>Keep exercise equipment in an orderly fashion and out of the way of patients to maintain safe conditions in the clinic.&nbsp;</li><li>Daily, weekly and monthly checks of maintenance tasks to stay compliant with IBJI guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as an extender to the therapists; assist clinicians with carrying out exercise programs for patients including set up on equipment and modalities.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with the therapist on any observations made during the patient's exercise program.&nbsp;</li><li>Take initiative in assisting clinicians with patient care.&nbsp;</li><li>Print home exercise program for patients under the direction of the clinician.&nbsp;</li><li>Inventory of both clinical and non-clinical materials.&nbsp;</li><li>For clinics that utilize techs for front desk support, follow best practice procedures that involve clerical duties: including but not limited to checking in patients, scheduling appointments, taking co-pays, scanning, answering the phone.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide daily support to the rehab staff and management team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Follows HIPAA guidelines by protecting the patient's identity.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work with patients regardless of diagnosis, age, or background.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude in the clinic.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates professionalism with prompt work attendance and flexibility with established work hours. 16.
