These include leading-edge conveyor and sortation systems, voice- and light-directed order fulfillment equipment, a suite of warehouse controls & execution software, robotics, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), mezzanines, and structures, all backed by critical round-the-clock service and support.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you want to join a team of industry leading experts who want to create an impact on the future of material handling solutions, we would love to hear from you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The Site Manager directs the on-site implementation activities through completion of material handling automation projects involving a wide variety of equipment, machines, software, controls, and technologies</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides on-site oversight of installation; serves as on-site contact and coordinates installation activities with the customer site manager</li>\n <li>Assists the project manager to develop installation budgets and schedules; informs project manager of all site activities, particularly those that affect costs, schedule, and resources</li>\n <li>Plans and monitors implementation according to the master schedule; reports on progress and issues and takes corrective action as needed</li>\n <li>Assigns resources to installation and testing</li>\n <li>Leads site coordination meetings, including preparing agendas and publishing minutes</li>\n <li>Coordinates the staging of project materials and equipment</li>\n <li>Ensures safety procedures and local and state laws are followed</li>\n <li>Travels up to 90%</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering field or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Minimum of 5 years of material handling industry experience, preferably with distribution centers and warehouse automation; construction experience a plus</li>\n <li>Fork lift and OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification</li>\n <li>Knowledge of materials handling, warehouse management systems (WMS), fulfillment or distribution center operations, and supply chain logistics</li>\n <li>Knowledge of automation projects involving machines, robotics, controls, and software</li>\n <li>Understanding of the project management process</li>\n <li>Ability to lead work teams and projects effectively</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced results-oriented environment</li>\n <li>Problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills</li>\n <li>Strong organization and collaborative skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Ability to work weekends and evenings as required, particularly during project go-live events</li>\n <li>Must be able to speak, read and understand the English language</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits Summary</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Generous PTO which includes Vacation, Sick, Floating Holidays and Company Observed Holidays</li>\n <li>Health insurance including prescription drugs, dental, and vision insurance coverage, at a nominal monthly cost for you and your dependents</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for Health Care expenses</li>\n <li>Daifuku Intralogistics 401K Plan with a company match</li>\n <li>Voluntary and Company paid life insurance along with company paid short- and long-term disability insurance</li>\n <li>Allow us to invest in you and join our Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>",
