You are a change agent, live culture, and believe in community!</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><em><u>General Summary:&nbsp;</u></em></strong></p><p>In this role you will be a critical contributor in our food distribution process by ensuring a spot-on scheduling process for &ldquo;building&rdquo; trucks (loading), creating effective produce pick practices, lining up the right players for the right customers, and process flows. &nbsp;You have a strong attention for detail, have the vision of an air-traffic controller, and can move and shake resources to make the lives of internal and external customers better. &nbsp;You operate with a high sense of urgency, and have the ability to handle stress, calm others and make magic happen. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><em><u>What You&rsquo;ll Do:&nbsp;</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>Have fun and be a part of making Foster amazing!!!&nbsp;</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assists with the coordination of daily operational activities.</li><li>Maintain RF Equipment; Sign In/Out RF equipment to employees pre/post shift.</li><li>Use WMS to build trips and work assignments within trips along with assigning trucks and loading doors.&nbsp;</li><li>Assign work assignment(s) to order selectors; must develop knowledge of order selectors abilities to manage the flow of operations; work assignments are issued and completed in sequence to ensure accurate pallet positions on truck.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with sales and customer experience to find solution for product shorts; includes working with inventory to verify quantity on shorts and suitable substitutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Dispatch trips upon completion of all associated work assignments and short assignments; print and compile invoices, drivers manifest and pallet map for driver dispatch.</li><li>Communicate critical information to night operations through pre-shift meetings along with strong follow through and feedback.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor inventory and par levels for operational supplies; forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><em><u>What You&rsquo;ll Bring to the Table:</u></em></strong></p><ul><li>A sincere passion for positively impacting people and making work, fun (this is first on the list for a reason!)</li><li>Ability to see the full landscape, plan a successful workflow, and use resources effectively</li><li>Ability to coordinate a musical, sort of. &nbsp;Make sure the story unfolds in the correct sequence, all the supporting roles are in sync, the right scene occurs at the right time, the soundtrack follows the speed and tempo of operations and at the end, you get a standing ovation. &nbsp;Dramatic, yes. &nbsp;Realistic? &nbsp; Yes.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence.</li><li>Desire to assess situations, determine a course of action, and relay that opinion based on facts.</li><li>Strong communication skills &ndash; the ability to speak effectively and efficiently is essential to your success.</li><li>No fear behind a computer, you see data like the person in the Matrix while simultaneously being comfortable getting out of the chair and venturing out into the warehouse to see how all the parts interact.</li><li>Experience in Produce Pro software or an AS 400 platform highly desirable.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
